2. Review of data and scope
Share your freight spend data through a secure link (invoices are optional) so we can review it and confirm the scope.
3. Written proposal and approval
You receive a written proposal setting out the scope, fee and delivery timeframe. Payment is requested only after you approve it.
4. Delivery
We analyse up to 150 shipments and deliver a written report, prioritised savings, a 30/60/90-day action plan and a 30-minute results call. The delivery timeframe is agreed in your written proposal after we review your data and scope.
