This policy applies to digital guides purchased directly from adblogisticsconsulting.com, such as the Practical International Shipping Terms Guide.
Immediate digital delivery and your cancellation rights
Because our guides are delivered immediately as a download, the law treats them differently to physical goods. At checkout, you are required to expressly consent to immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel a distance-selling contract that would otherwise apply, in line with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Where you have given that consent, and your payment has been confirmed and the download has begun, you are not entitled to a refund simply because you have changed your mind, and no refund is due on that basis alone.
Faulty or non-conforming digital content
Separately from the change-of-mind position above, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the digital content we supply is faulty, corrupted, incomplete, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the contract. Depending on the nature of the problem, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement (for example, a corrected or re-sent file), a price reduction, or a refund.
To make a claim, contact us at alex@adblogisticsconsulting.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We will look into it and respond in line with your statutory rights.
Discretionary refunds
Outside of the statutory rights described above, we may, at our discretion, agree to a refund or other resolution on a goodwill basis — for example, where there has clearly been an error with your order. This is offered at our discretion and does not create an entitlement to a refund in other circumstances.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any right you have as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
How refunds are paid
Where a refund is agreed, it will be issued to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days.
