ADB Logistics Consulting was set up to give UK importers, exporters and manufacturers something most never get: an independent, expert look at what they’re actually paying for freight.
We bring 30 years of hands-on experience in freight forwarding, supply chain management and logistics operations. We’ve seen how freight costs creep up — surcharges nobody questions, premium shipments that didn’t need to be, rates that haven’t been reviewed in years — and how rarely anyone has the time to check.
When you work with ADB, you deal directly with our founder, from the first call to the final report.
How we work
Every audit is grounded in your own data — spreadsheets, TMS or ERP exports — not generic benchmarks. We look for concrete, evidenced savings and turn them into a clear, prioritised action plan you can act on.
We have no commission, referral or reseller arrangements with any carrier, forwarder or software vendor. Our only interest is reducing your costs.
