Our services
ADB Logistics Consulting provides freight, supply chain and logistics consultancy services. Details of specific engagements, deliverables, fees and timelines will be agreed separately and in writing with each client prior to the commencement of work.
Online purchases of digital products
In addition to our consultancy services, we sell downloadable digital guides (such as the Practical International Shipping Terms Guide) directly through this website. This section applies specifically to those purchases.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of all charges unless stated otherwise. ADB Logistics Consulting Ltd is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price shown.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for details of how payment and order data are handled.
A contract for the sale of a digital product is formed when we accept your order, which we indicate by email confirmation and by providing access to the download.
Our digital guides are delivered immediately, by download, once payment has been confirmed. Because delivery begins straight away, UK consumer law requires us to obtain your express consent to this before you can complete your order, and to make clear that once the download begins you lose the standard 14-day right to cancel a distance-selling contract that would otherwise apply. This consent is collected as a mandatory checkbox at checkout, and is recorded against your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud, pricing or listing errors, or a breach of these terms. Where we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund you in full.
